On Tuesday I had a sneak peek of the brand new Shorebreak Hotel in Huntington Beach. This boutique hotel is a gem right off the sand of Surf City. Stacey Hofflich, the property’s Senior Catering Manager, contacted me to show me this new property. Stacey has years of experience in the industry and took me on a hard hat tour, so much fun to experience the hotel from the (almost) ground up.
Shorebreak will be open and running in a couple months, so everything is fresh and new, and they are ready to book weddings and events now for the upcoming months. The hotel is new, fresh, and unlike any other. The views from the rooms, well, you need to see it to believe it.
If you don't need a wedding venue, at least stop in for dinner or a drink, the restaurant is steps from the ocean.
